2022格莱美奖评选规则如下：
1、报名→审查：格莱美奖所评选的对象为，所有自前年10月到次年9月底在美国发行的唱片，由艺术家们或唱片公司报名。报名成功后，组委会根据作品的音乐属性，进行流派的分类整理。该阶段不做任何艺术与技术层面的判断。
2、候选→提名：进行轮票选，评委投票选出“年度”和另外30个细分奖项的五个提名者。该阶段，每个评委可参加9个细分奖项的投票，以及“年度”的投票。
3、获奖→公布：进行第二轮票选，评委从各奖项的五个提名者中，选出终“年度”和各细分奖项的获奖者。该阶段，每个评委可参加8个细分奖项的投票，以及“年度”的投票。所有评委的选票，交由德勤会计师事务所统计出终获奖名单，并保密至颁奖典礼当天公布。
